Its a Nail Thing

I have been loving all the super cute nails that have been all over pinterest and it seams to be the trend right now to paint all your nails a solid color and then your ring finger a different color or pattern. I have loved painting my nails like that because it makes them more exciting with out painting all 10 fingers !

 

Here is my little nail project I did today it was my first time using fabric to paint my nails! All you do is cut out a piece of fabric that fit your nail and then modge podge on the bottom and top let it dry and then add a coat of clear! Easy PEASY

 I make headbands for all ages, one size fits newborn-adult.
I love doing custom orders, I can trade out the flower and leaves for any color combination, anything you can think up I can make! My headbands stand out among all of my competitors because my handmade flowers actually look like flowers! Pink Party

My little girls birthday party was a few months ago and I'm just now getting around to blogging about it!! It was a big day filled with a ton of pink it was a pink party! I had been pinning ( on pinterest ) for months getting ready and planning her big day ! Here are some pics from the big day..

For her birthday outfit I made her a cupcake t shirt and then a cute tutu to match leggings from target, bow from hobby lobby

The cake ( made by little sister Karissa ) Teddy bear costco + necklace + tutu = super cute water bottles covered with scrapbook paper and a little lace. Cupcakes also made by Karissa. with cupcake toppers i made on my computer.

I know these are just for fun but I had to add them!! She had so much fun with that yummy

butter cream cake!

Cupboard Makeover

So one night while searching on Pinterest I found this amazing fun laundry room....

 so how fun would it to be to do laundry in a room like that ! Well a girl can dream right ?? Mine is like a 1/4 that size.. anyways it did inspire me to put light blue with black and blue! and a few weeks ago when I was shopping at one of my favorite thrift stores I found a cabinet that I couldn't pass up!

Vintage Boy Baby Shower

This last weekend was my little sisters baby shower. She is having a boy and is so excited! We love pinterest at our house and have been looking for ideas for months for this shower ! Our inspiration came from jennycookies.com ( she is amazing btw if you have time check out her site.. but warning you could be there a while! ) Its great because it can be used for a boy or girl really. This is where we got the idea..

my SISTER kARISSA C. CAN make anything as far as food goes. if you show her a picture of a cake she can match it ! She made the same cake and with a little twist here was our outcome..

Wish i could of taken better pics .. but when all you have is your camera phone you make it work!! Here are some more pics of the fun day right before all the guest arrived..

One of the fun things about doing showers is you get to spend tons of time in the kitchen together baking and making pom pom balls at midnight.. its hard to see in the pictures but we had cupcakes small and large , brown brownies with white sprinkles chocolate cookies with white chocolate chips we also had macaroons dipped in chocolate and mini sandwiches and in the brown paper bags with doily on the front were potato chips  .
